These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of YT Infographics ("the Service") operated by YT Infographics ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.
At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.
You may cancel your subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time.
You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the free trial.
If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected.
Our Service allows you to analyze YouTube videos and generate infographics. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to analyze such content.
You must have proper authorization to create infographics based on any YouTube video you submit. This includes but is not limited to having the appropriate rights, licenses, consents, or permissions from the content owner or being entitled to use the content under applicable fair use or fair dealing laws.
By submitting content to be analyzed, you confirm that:
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
YT Infographics is a tool that processes content at the user's direction. We do not control, monitor, or have knowledge of whether users have the appropriate rights to analyze videos or create infographics based on those videos.
Any copyright infringement or unauthorized use of content resulting from your use of our Service is solely your responsibility. YT Infographics and its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be responsible or liable for any infringement of intellectual property rights that may arise from your use of the Service.
If you are a content owner and believe that content processed through our Service infringes upon your copyright, please contact us with information regarding the alleged infringement.
We operate under the "safe harbor" provisions of applicable copyright laws and will respond appropriately to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
The Service and its original content (excluding content analyzed by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of YT Infographics and its licensors.
The infographics generated using our Service are owned by you, but we retain the right to use them for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise.
In no event shall YT Infographics, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
